Consumer authorities and dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and have a problem with us that we cannot solve together, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, ANPC), Bd. Aviatorilor nr. 72, sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.
ANPC runs an alternative dispute resolution (SAL) service. You can read how it works and how to file a request atANPC SAL. Using it does not stop you from going to court. You may also contact the consumer protection authority of the EU country where you live.
